Weight loss

Weight gain has reached epidemic proportions. In fact, this generation of children is the first generation that is expected to not outlive their parents. Longevity is dropping and weight gain contributes to most chronic diseases. A recent study from Canada demonstrated that weight loss or maintaining a normal metabolism is harder for us than it is for our ancestors. Weight gain is a symptom of deteriorating health.

It is presumably very simple to loss weight “eat less and move more” but we see that it works for a short time and we hit the wall. We are not alone, there is also great difficulty with our society at large in terms of achieving weight loss. Part of the failure is that there is not one reason for weight gain, so unless we look into the various pieces of the puzzle, we will not find a solution. Understanding distinctions and types of weight gain will allow us to adjust a person’s metabolism in the area that is most compromised.

The reasons for weight gain are numerous, some of them are inflammation, nutrition deficiency, stress, hormonal imbalance, toxins and metabolic function. With my guidance we will do the testing and find the source.
